GX Simulator V7.10L Update

This update enables GX Simulator to simulate FX3U programs.

The update for GX Simulator can only be installed if the previous version is already installed. 
To upgrade the current release version of Gx Simulator (V7.07H) to the newest version (V7.10L), run the "setup.exe" program in the "Update to V7.10L" folder.
